Room cleanliness must be improved!!! Attention to housekeeping is needed, especially in public areas!!! Proper maintenance of facilities could enhance the overall guest experience!!!

The check-in process was seamless with no delays. Our room was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxation. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Additionally, the common areas were inviting, facilitating good gatherings with friends. Overall, we found the atmosphere very welcoming.

However, the bed pillows were not quite comfortable.

The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable, but we encountered some cleanliness issues that detracted from our experience. The breakfast options were limited and didn’t replenish in a timely manner. Although the pool area was nice, noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. A little more attention to detail would elevate this hotel significantly.

the shower had mold around the edges,,, but the breakfast had fresh waffles and fruit, and the staff remembered my dog's name and gave her treats, which was super sweet.
